In addition to being a right-handed, left brained lover of distant places, I'm a UX guru with over fifteen years of experience at the intersection of where human nature, technology and media meet in a hyper-digital world. My passion is to collaborate with organizations to architect and create innovative customer experiences that drive powerful business results.

Every innovative experience starts with the one simple fact that we're all human. That we are all human, by the way, is the point of the whole exercise.

I've been called a "Web Designer" or "Web Developer". Although it is true that I specialize in creating interactive products for "web" distribution, those terms don't effectively describe my experience in user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, code development, usability evaluations and a bunch of other goodies, all of which are elements that make up an award winning user experience
